VIMEO!
Couple of days ago I decided to purchase Vimeo plus, with it being 40 odd pounds I wasn't too sure if it would be worth it. Up to now I absolutely love it. Being able to explore the world of just film makers can be very inspirational on the side of having your own videos watched very talented film makers them selves. I see it as the Flickr for video. Having the chance to give and receive professional feedback without having some 10 year old kid telling you you're going to die! So feel free to check my Video account out and subscribe and add me!
