1 minute Instructional Video - The 180 Bunny Hop

Here is my final 1 minute video that was asked to be made about anything we wanted. I wanted to choose something I could take further than having me talk over the video telling the audience how to do something. I choose to go with a a BMX trick that would be simple enough to explain the instructions in the 1 minute time limit we had. I big inspiration to this video was the film maker Kendy Ty with his use of tracking text. I thought it would be a good idea to incorporate some tracking text to deliver the instructions  to the audience. I am happy with how this turned out and I will be using tracking text in future videos of mine as I feel it gives a bit more than having still text on the page.

Using the high speed for the second part of this video was a lot of fun. It allowed me to show the trick slowed down as much as I wanted to really give me time to play around with the text and also to give enough time for the audience to watch how he attacks the 180. Again due to the restricted time limit having 2 slowed down clips, I had to speed parts up to be able to fit them in, so I used that to my advantage to play around with some sound effects and not just make this video useful as a set of instructions, but also make it entertaining and aesthetically pleasing for the audience.
